Isolation and Quarantine RFA Open to the Public

The Walla Walla County Department of Community Health seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide isolation and quarantine housing facilities to isolate and quarantine unsheltered individuals with communicable illnesses. There is $65,000 available for one or more awards. The facility may be a standalone building or a room or rooms within another structure. 

Applications must ensure equal access regardless of race, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, veteran or military status, disability, religion, or the use of an assistance animal. Applicants must ensure low barrier access. Rules and policies must be narrowly focused on maintaining a safe environment. Applicants should list any barriers to service for clients and percent of capacity within the center that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

This Request for Applications does not commit Walla Walla County to award a service agreement. The County reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any application and award any service agreement(s) to best serve the interest of the County.
